Sacred History

• It is also known as Darbhavati, which was established by Sidh Raj Jai Sinh.
• It is the birth place of AA. Munichandrasuri Maharaj and Upadhyay Yashovijayji Maharaj took his last breath over here.
• Maha Mantri Vastupal-Tejpal built a Jinalay of Parshwanath Bhagwan which had 170 Deri’s.
• At Present 8 Jinalay’s are available, out of which, in one of the Jinalay’s Lodhan Parshwanath is a mulnayak.
• This Pratima is made from Valu (balu), later due to Mughal threat it was hided in a well but then too the Pratima was intact for years which was rediscovered and due to this miraculous incident, the Pratima was named Lodhan Parshwanath.
• The new Jinalay is of 2 storeys.
