Sacred History

• A Shravak who vowed not to eat before Prabhu darshan and used 5 miles daily for it discovered the Pratima under a tree following a dream from an adhishthayak dev.
• To fund the Jinalay construction, the deity instructed him to leave a crate of jowar outside the village; it was miraculously converted to gold by sunrise.
• He wished to build a Jianaly but there was a financial problem.
• By looking at his strong desires the Adhishthayak dev solved his problem and toldhim to keep a Bamboo’s crate outside the village filled with Jowar and take it backbefore sunrise.
• Next day, Shravak went to take back his crate and found it full of gold. (Jowar was converted into gold).
• After this the Jinalay Nirman was done.
