Sacred History
- This Pratima came to Mumbai from Hamirpur (Mirpur Tirth, Rajasthan).
- The Pratima was initially located in the Fort area of Mumbai until a massive fire, which lasted about 72 hours, occurred in VK 1859.
- Many houses collapsed and were turned to ashes, leading the Shravaks to shift to the Pydhonie area.
- The Pratishtha of Ghodiji Parshwanath was performed in the new Jinalay at pydhoni in VK 1868.
